1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective or not functioning as described
Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non‑Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned due to their nature:
- Tempered glass and screen guards
- Small accessories once opened (cables, earphones, chargers, etc.)
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos or videos of the damage
- Contact us within 48 hours
- A replacement or refund will be issued based on your preference
4. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect product:
- Share a photo of the item
- We will arrange a free return pickup
- A correct replacement will be sent at no extra cost
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
6. Refund Method
Refunds are processed via:

- UPI
- Original payment method (where applicable)
Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
7. Return Shipping Instructions
Once your return request is approved, you will receive:
- The return address
- Pickup schedule or packing instructions
Do not send any product back without authorization.
8. Exchange Policy
If the item you ordered is available, you may request an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are processed after receiving the returned product.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address by Customer
If you entered the wrong address:
- Contact us immediately for correction
- If the order has shipped, courier redirection may be attempted, but not guaranteed

- Customers from other areas must courier the item to our return address.
